Each Art item offered through milionis.gr is a gesture of meaning, crafted with care. If for any reason you wish to return a Art piece, we honor that choice within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must remain untouched—unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Items showing signs of use cannot be accepted, as they have already begun their journey with you.
To initiate a return, please contact us at dimitris@milionis.gr with your order details. Return shipping costs are borne by the sender unless the item is defective.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item, using the original payment method.
